Auto Gluer

As with the hand gluer, cartons are converted using PVA glue. The Glue is applied to the carton using a computerised system which uses sensors and spray nozzles.

The Auto gluer is an automatic machine, with a semi-automatic set up system.

This allows us to produce all sizes of high quality 0201 slotted cartons in large volume at speed, matching the productive quantities of our four-colour printer-slotter.

This machine allows us to be highly effective and efficient, increasing our ability to respond to customer needs.
