Hand Fed Die-Cutter

Our hand fed Die-Cutter allows us to produce packaging in many different styles, shapes and sizes by using a cutting tool, which is designed to customer specification.

The formes are made from layers of laminated wood with steel cutting and creasing rules mounted in them. They have varying densities of foam rubber attached at specific points, which push the board of the forme when die-cutting.

Maramatsu Automatic Die-Cutter

The Maramatsu is an automatic machine, taking away the human factor involved in running a hand fed Die-Cutter. This machine allows us to produce high volume Die-Cut work efficiently at running speeds of up to 3000 passes per hour.

The automatic stripping section also reduces the labour element involved in running the machine.
